3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate health, injury, and nutrition information before starting.

  • Seek medical clearance before beginning rehabilitation or nutrition services if any condition exists.

  • Follow trainer or nutritionist guidance carefully to achieve desired results.

  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for training.

4. Payments & Fees

  • All services require advance payment or subscription-based payment as agreed.

  • Deposits may apply for multi-session packages.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Refunds are available only for unused sessions within agreed terms.

  • Personalized nutrition and meal plans are non-refundable once delivered.

6. Liability & Safety

  • Mason Muscles is not liable for injuries caused by failure to follow professional guidance.

  • Clients are responsible for adherence to exercise and nutrition plans.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

7. Intellectual Property
All exercise programs, body composition reports, and nutrition plans are the intellectual property of Mason Muscles unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, misconduct, or breach of these terms.
